Terms and Conditions

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and exclude UK VAT at the appropriate rate (the Inc price is also shown). Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. Payment is via the PayPal secure payment system - the checkout will direct you there.

Delivery

We can only deliver within the mainland UK on this website. We can deliver anywhere around the world, but you need to contact us with your requirement, so we can price this accordingly.  For UK delivery we do not, as standard, guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver most items within 7 working days .

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK are as follows: £7.90 for the first 30 kilograms, £6.50 for each level of 30 kilograms thereafter - some items may have an additional delivery charge, as they may be heavy or bulky items that need to be priced separately depending on what you have ordered and what is the most cost effective way of dispatching the order to you - we will notify you of this.  Please note, the above prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data is not accessible via internet. We keep the data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless the goods are made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
